Our kitchens follow strict HACCP protocol, meaning they completely sterilize all equipment in between production runs. You should consume opened product which has been properly refrigerated within 10 days. For longer storage, you could also freeze for up to 3 months. Our Curry Pastes and Sauces freeze well.
